Quorum is "Twenty percent of the members or seven members, whichever is less":

• • Quorum is 1 for 1-5 members, 2 for 6-10, 3 for 11-15, 4 for 16-20, 5 for 21-25, 6 for 26-30, 7 for 31 or more.

Abbreviations:

• • MP = Mister/Madam President

  • MC = Mister/Madam Chairman

  • CR = The Chair Recognizes

  • MS = (It is) moved and seconded

  • PO = Point of Order
